Cuizina offers a number of filled and extruded pastas, including:

• Mini, regular and jumbo ravioli
• Mini and regular tortellini
• Tortolloni and cappeletti
• Gnocchi
• Cut Fettuccine, spaghetti, mafalda, elbow, soup noodles and rotelli

Cuizina pastas are frozen immediately after being produced, using a quick freezing technique that captures the freshness of the pasta.

Years of testing have resulted in the use of special flour combinations that show superior performance in difficult applications such as steam tables or repeated heating. Fresh whole eggs and egg whites (certified Salmonella free) and pure Northwest water completes the recipes for the perfect al dente bite

Fillings in our filled pastas range from the traditional Meat and Cheese to exciting new flavors such as Sun Dried Tomato, Pacific Northwest Smoked Salmon or Butternut Squash.

Frozen pasta is the closest to fresh home-made pasta possible, yet it has a shelf life of six months.
